Stonington – Les and Jonathan Duncklee of Duncklee Inc. have earned for the third consecutive year the highest average customer satisfaction score with the Trane Co. for continued service excellence in the country.
The family owned and operated company is celebrating its 30th year in the business. Duncklee Cooling and Heating was recently awarded for having the highest average customer satisfaction score nationwide (99 percent) of the Trane Co. customer satisfaction survey.
Trane customers who have had new cooling and heating indoor comfort systems installed during 2002 were surveyed.
